Terms of Service

These terms describe the rules that apply when you access or use CinLink products and services.

Effective date: August 11, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CinLink websites, applications, software, APIs, and related services. By using CinLink, you agree to these Terms and to any additional terms that apply to specific features.

If you use CinLink on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and references to you include that organization.

2. CinLink Services

CinLink provides tools for media understanding, editing, generation, translation, dubbing, repurposing, workflow automation, and related creative or productivity tasks. Some features may run locally on your device, and others may use cloud services or third-party providers.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services from time to time, including to improve performance, security, compliance, or product quality.

3. Accounts and Security

You may need an account, license, or API key to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information, promptly update it when needed, and notify us if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CinLink lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that does not harm CinLink, other users, third parties, or the integrity of the services.

  • Do not upload, create, or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or bypass security controls for the services.
  • Do not use CinLink to impersonate others, misrepresent content provenance, or violate applicable privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
  • Do not resell, sublicense, or provide access to CinLink except as expressly permitted by us.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, submit, import, process, generate, or export through CinLink, subject to rights owned by others. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content.

You grant CinLink the limited rights needed to operate, provide, secure, support, and improve the services, including processing your content as necessary to complete your requested tasks.

6. Outputs and Review

CinLink may generate or transform media, text, audio, subtitles, metadata, and other outputs. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, distributing, or relying on them.

You should not use outputs as professional advice or as a substitute for human review where legal, financial, medical, safety, employment, or other high-impact decisions are involved.

7. Third-Party Services

CinLink may integrate with third-party models, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, storage services, or other services. Your use of those integrations may be subject to third-party terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, but we work to choose integrations that support the reliability and security of CinLink.

8. Fees and Subscriptions

Some CinLink features may require payment. Prices, billing cycles, usage limits, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be presented where you purchase or manage your plan.

Unless stated otherwise at purchase, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly provided by us.

9. Intellectual Property

CinLink and its software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by CinLink or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any rights to CinLink trademarks, logos, source code, or proprietary materials except for the limited right to use the services as permitted by these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

CinLink is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that CinLink will meet every requirement, preserve every file, or produce any particular creative, technical, or commercial result.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CinLink and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to CinLink for the services giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred US dollars if no payment was made.

12. Termination

You may stop using CinLink at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for CinLink or others, fail to pay required fees, or if we are required to do so by law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as posting the updated Terms or providing in-product notice.

Your continued use of CinLink after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
